MDF is wood fibre based panels. The unique feature of MDF is that it has a homogeneous construction without layers. MDF an acronym for Medium Density Fibre Boards. All TESA Fibre boards are being manufactured with Hard wood so automatically the density of our product become better than other products available in market. Our Boards are having best routing characteristics due to special German Technology used to press the boards in a way so that compression pressure can reach to its core also thus making densified core which is required for high quality routing. We also produce in E0, E1 & E2 Grade.

About UV Board
TESA UV Boards are ready to use panels with no further finishing is requirement on surface. Europium Decorative paper being used on the surface of Exterior Grade MDF Board & a special kind of prelamination process being adopted to make boards before UV coatings. A series of 9 layer coating being done on prelaminated boards.

All TESA Acrylic Surface Boards have a near mirror quality surface (just like a glass mirror) and are easy to install and clean. All they need is a soft, wet cloth. TESA Acrylic Boards have natural colour and unique designs. The collection includes 49 exotic designs suited for any interior and furniture design application.
